Bought yesterday couple hundred pounds of mobo's and cards, apparently they also scrapped a large server and missd out on these guys as they have a large heat sinks hiding the glittering stuff...
Had to desolder them... that took about 10 minutes but well worth it
All of them are made by Alpha DEC and are almost a large as Pentium Pro.
Got 5 of them (another one similar to the one on the upper right corner) but it shuttered upon removal so i'm assying it right now and have results in few days (if anyone is interested).
Keep your eyes wide open with server scrap...
