Take her to small claims court in my opinion. Doing what your describing on craigslist is unethical.(I am by far no saint nor try to be) I understand you being ticked about her not sticking to her word, but why stoop to that level. I do not know you and I do not want to step on anyone’s toes here since am new to the forum. However, I believe you are better than that.

Clarify that........you'd have brought a notary to her house or you'd have brought her to a notary's office?? Give me a break
