Found someone to buy my boards , now what do i do ?

ive read all the posts on this forum about boards and escrap. me personally like to stay away from that but the boards seem like an easy concept. but i do have a few questions. whats the grades of boards ? what prices do you guys usually get ? how do you tell the difference between grades ? can they be broken ? are boards out of certain things worth more then other things ? ive honestly been thru all these posts but i cant find real definitive answers for these .

Check the buyers section for pricing, then once you choose a buyer ask them how THEY grade them, as there are slight differences between buyers...

There are no definitive answers that's why you can't find them. It all depends on the buyer that you choose to work with; the ones that have different pricing for different grades of boards should be able to provide answers for specific questions that you have. Otherwise there are too many variables that come into play with boards to give an actual definition for each grade. That's my opinion on it - feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Agree with the answers you already got. I would suggest sending photos that represent what makes up your entire shipment to your potential buyer. If you are still unsure send less than all of it the first time. Like a lot of things the first time can be a little scary.

Is your buyer pretty close on prices? I wouldn't break them on purpose, but I wouldn't think it would matter as they grind them up so the PM's can be filtered out.

If you already have a buyer in mind, then why not do as everyone said, and contact them. They will be your best bet. We can all say one thing, and they might pull a 180 on you and say something totally different. Then you end up being triple confused.

You sure you ment to say 360 and not a 180? Cause if you do a 360 your headed in the same direction. Were as a 180 your going the other way.
