This guy seems to be more of a hindrance then a helper.

I would give him a small commission for each vehicle he turns you on to and leave him home the rest of the time.

Fire His A** and get somebody that wants to work and learn so that they can rip cars down so it frees up more time for you to draw up more business. If I would of heard, "get it yourself", I would of said something stupid like "That's fine, now go find YOURSELF a new job." If I am paying somebody to work then they need to work. There is no get it yourself or taking forever. Screw that S***! If he didn't know where something was okay it might take a little longer but come on If you can't find it after I dunno 5 minutes come ask.

I would pay a 10% finders fee so if you made $400 he would get $40 which isn't bad just for finding vehicles.

I guess paying my employees 15.00 an hour and up is to much. Of course I am not the easiest person to please either. I also expect production production production.

Oh and on a side note I need Jet torchmen paid hotel and per diem seven month job minimum six or seven days a week. 25.00 an hour must have knowledge of running a Jet Torch, bazooka torch, lancing torch. I need two people.

On our job sites we pay 15.00 and hour but I expect them to work. That is me picking them up in the morning and dropping them back home that night. USually work 12+hr a day this time of year. All they do for me is prep and load hand stuff. I run the equiptment. Sometimes they get paid to sit but when they work I expect them to work and not screw off. At thata money and terms we went through 10+ helpers last year. Somen never made it a day. I have them sign a sub contractors agreement so the IRS is happy.
