    I just wanted to say thank you to all you guys, this forum is an invaluable resource! I have been reading for the last 2 weeks and can't begin to tell you what a help it has been. I have increased profit on several deals JUST from what I learned here. Looking forward to getting to know you guys, and hopefully offering a few pearls of wisdom my self.
