Wow that's looking at the big picture. We could take this a step farther and use a statistical study to determine what per cent age of material should not be in there and see just how much money we are losing. When I get a bale in I sample it to make sure it is the advertised recovery. Its amazing how easy it is to find dines and how hard it is to find dollars. I wish I had more employees who thought about how they could make me more money.
I was just about to say the same thing. Having an employee that is looking out for you and your business is worth more then all the money you have in that pile. Next time he does that, fire his a$$ and send him my way.
