Something doesn't add up. A $600 electric bill? Seriously? In the hell we call Texas summer, running the AC full time while the wife and kids are at home, cooling a 4 bedroom house - our electric bill is less than half that.

Depends ive had electrical bills like that in hold houses with crappy appliances. Also if you have bad insulation makes a big deal as well.

I originally thought the same thing. Then I assumed that he was a few months delinquent.

Pistone, is that a picture of you loading up the file cabinets? :-)

As for $600 electric bill, I have an all electric home and can pay 4-500 a month.

500 a month ? Usually my bill is 75 a month ! Have seen it as high as 150 in the summer, that's the highest electric bill I've ever paid

He's in St. Lois. Cold months, and skipping one bill to keep the other paid...I can see a $600 bill. Especially if he's using a lot of space heaters, or whatever!
