    What a lovely weekend!

Starting yesterday I decided to hit the pavement and hand out cards. Went home with a truckload of misc waste and scrap. Today had a pickup for a tv and decided to hit the yard sales again since it worked out so great last weekend. Got a few more things, had to get back because I had a larger pickup later on the other end of the county. On My way home decided to hit one more yard sale down the street from my house. Turns out he was the president of the HOA in that community and will be putting and ad in their monthly newsletter for me.... for free! Then we got to talking and turns out he is responsible for getting rid of all the electronics at his place of business, which is a HUGE construction company doing some of the largest jobs in the state! He has to take the stuff, one truck load at a time to the far side of the next county as they won't pick it up. Looked at him and said "I'll pick it up for free every dang on day with a big fat sloppy smile on my face!" He said " I'll be talking to you later then." Score!
Then I went to do the pickup and on the way I get a call from the local paper and they are going to do a story about us this week! Double score!
We get to the pick -up and end up with the largest load I have ever had.....at least a couple grand worth! Plus a customer for life(his words, not mine) Triple Score!
Then he asks for a handful of business cards for his friends who all have the same type of stashes! Quad score! Then he sets me up with the solid waste district manager as they are always looking for someone local b/c they have to pay to ship it elsewhere. AN I don't know score! this weekend was amazing!

Edit: plus I landed a local school district this week!
Determine never to be idle. No person will have occasion to complain of the want of time who never loses any. It is wonderful how much may be done if we are always doing.
