    server and ups battery breakdown

3 servers model rolm 9751 / 2 servers Hicom 300e/ 7 ups battery backup systems...
What grade are the boards in servers (sounds silly) I assumed high grade but they look mid grade. There appears to be around 30 boards in each one of the models. Typically do servers always have high grade boards?

Aside from the ups systems holding a possible charge; are there any other hidden dangers from handling large servers?

I'd agree with you. That one particular server with the many boards do seem confusing. Some of the boards actually look like They would pass for telecom boards and some of the boards dont have much going on so it's hard to say if they are less than high grade. I've broken down a few of these similar servers. The actual single board all the other boards slip into has good value. Take photos of the acTual boards and let's see what one of the buyers on here say.

Thanks, scrapcrazy. I've sold to a buyer in the forum before. Obviously this a rather large score. ( for me). Each board is weighing approximately 14.2 oz... With 150 boards round about the grade difference would be significant, of course. I'm just so happy regardless. I was actually paid to take all these items away, On overtime at my regular job.

If im not mistakin most of the boards in those pics would be considered telecom grade in the $3 to $6 range.

Oh yeah, THose ar e some nice boards. Probably no less than mother board grade. Especially with the fingers on them. Nice score. Wish I could find a truck and trailor load of those.

I'm tapping myself on the back. I actually may have gotten this right. Not bad for a newb, even if i have to say so myself. Great score Russ, double great score since you also got paid to haul it! That's the best kind.

Rolm is a telephone system so they would be telecom grade boards.
