    Steampunk

    Hey
I know I am not a big posting guy lol but thought I would post today and try to be of help.A couple weeks ago I was reading on here about steampunk on ebay and figured I would try 4 things.A couple of old top finials from pot belly stoves and a couple tiller tines.I think its going pretty good.I will try a few old rusty gears next week.

Any hoot you may want save back a few certain things that sell good while dismantling your junk if you dont mind selling on ebay.I knew nothing about Steampunk a few weeks ago but I know a little now.

You can do a ebay search for (Vintage Cast Iron Wood Stove Steampunk Finial Architectural Ornate Metal Parlor) and that would be mine. And another (Good luck and I enjoy this site and all its information.

Typewriter keys sell the same way.
People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

I'd never even heard of steampunk til I got some old goggles in an auction lot, and looked on ebay to see what they might be worth. Then I had to google "steampunk" to learn what it was.

What's the attraction of tiller tines in that context?

I'm not contemplating another Ebay stint, but if I ever do, there's an antique typewriter in the old barn that's got hoof prints all over it.

Bear, if it's got glass topped keys they could be worth around $30-40 a set.
