I was talking from my rigging background. I assumed it was going up, not coming down.
I'm going to guess 200 ton unit and it weighs 19,000 lbs.

I under stand the trailer has a tilt it goes up and the trailer pulls out and hopefully leaves the unit, the weight from the compressors helps being in the back as i am sure you know being a rigger

Looks to be about a 100 ton unit. On big units like that I usually figure about 90 pounds of clean radiator and 3 pounds of copper per ton. Would be interested to see the final numbers for my file. Thanks for the pics!

The unit were 85 unit ton each, they weighed a little more than 12,000 lbs after being stripped the coils were 710-735 from each the copper weighed an avg of 245 lbs we recovered an avarge of 70 lbs of r-22 freeon also had eight large compresors and eight nice electric motors plus lots of wire
Thanks for the info! I just realised that I put 90 instead of 9 pounds of radiators per ton. Time to get new proof reading glasses.
Were the compressors the orange recip ones?
