I took apart a heat pump and it went well . I got it seperated for the most part, except there are 3 coiled tubes painted black. There is one tube inside the other . Anyone know what metals these are and what it will scrap as ?

I do these heat pumps all the time, the ring is called nickel copper at most yards, we just do not have the time or patience to separate the steel from the nickel and the copper, we sell them as clean electric motors. Now just I case you you get any swimming pool heaters there rings are solid copper Ca,Ching!!!!!!, they are pretty easy to spot if you get a unit that looks like a typical home central air conditioning unit but it has a white plastic pipe sticking out of the bottom it's a pool heat pump, a real bingo!!!!!
