    Well, I've been a member since 7-19-11 and haven't introduced myself at the "introduction" page either.
    Don't feel bad, I never have either. Just never crossed my mind. We were using a Dremel and the speed kept slowing down, I think the brushes are going out already. Their just not made for that type of (long term) heavy duty cutting. The angle grinder is better suited for that.

    Cut the windings with wire cutters or a hack saw and then pry in out with a big screwdriver on to uncut side. cut the string off first. it looks like its aluminum wire to me..........

    I use an angle grinder with a cut off to take off the loops on one side then try to pry the rest out with a big scrwdriver. If they don't pry out just tap 'em out with a punch where you cut them off. I've tried using a sawzall but it just make a mess if the loops aren't taped or tied to keep it in one piece as you cut it.
    Eat. Sleep. Scrap.
