George I will guide you through this question as to help you in the future!
Question is what is a "blower housing", lets break down these two words. First we will start with Blower. A blower is of course something that blows! So we take that information and look in the unit for something that would blow air . As we can see inmost all dryers there is a squirrel cage fan. Ah this must be the blower! Okay we found that now for the second word, '"housing", we know a housing is were something resides. Yes? If you answered yes pat yourself on the back! Now if the housing houses the blower It is simple to figure just wear it is.
I hope this helped you and maybe also help you to be able to break down other mechanical terms in the future.
Good luck;
Joe
So injunjoe what you are telling me is a good news--bad news thing...Bad news is I have squirrels living in my dryer, but the good news is they are in a cage. The wife is not going to be impressed.

Another option to finding change is removing the fins inside the dryer drum (on the dryer drums that have removeable fins). Once I saw a coin stuck between the fin and the drum and removed that fin (removed screws on outside of drum) and all others. Found several coins. Have done that to all the drums since and have found coins two more times.
2nd that.
