    just broke down old hp computer monitor .

    i just broken down an old hp computer monitor . there worth it . carefully take the jacket off then slip it back on when your done. i got about 1.2 pounds of copper wire and 1/4 pound of aluminum heat sinks just dont make a mess there worth it.hope this helps
