I would get 3 2x10x12' boards and nail 4 2x4x48" board to them and make sort of a sled with them. Strap the block near the end of the sled and pull with a rope from the other end. Making it that long and putting the block near the rear will help keep the nose up so you can pull it out. Also 48 wide will help with stability.
A pallet with a piece of plywood nailed to it might work in a pinch, and if you need to chain it out just remove a fairly long bolt and put it thru one of the end links of chain and screw it back in and tighten. Might need a washer. Also an alum round kids saucer for winter could be used to set the motor on and pull.
