What to do with these boards

I can get a decent amount of these and I was wondering how I should break them down and what quality they were.

My computer isn't loading the pic, anyone I could email to post it up?

Ram please do some looking around first. I'm sure almost every dang board out there has been asked about w/pic on this forum.

People may laugh at me, but that's ok. I laugh all the way to the bank.

Here is his board in question. Is it out of a battery backup. Knowing where it came from will help out a great deal.

It's out of one of those green cylidrical cable things. Don't really know what they do. My dad replaces them and throws out the old ones.
