Christman lights

I'd trim them and throw the trimmings in my shred pile.

This is good stuff for when your slow. Trim them out in front of the TV or whatever. Sell the sockets as copper bearing and now you got clean #2 insulated on top of it. Your dollar per hour is going to suck but when the snow stroms hit or the phone isn't ringing...this stuff is great fill in work to keep your hands moving and your brain off where the next dollar is coming from. Again it's not going to make you Warren Buffet so you got to juggle the time with the payout. If you got better money makers...sell it whole and move on.
