    Update on dishwasher motors

I've been saving the windings off DW motors for the last week and decided to cut them up tonight. 30 new style GE motors yielded 18.75 pounds and 20 Whirlpool motors yielded 28 pounds. That means I've been throwing away almost 100 pounds of copper a month. Too bad most of the DWs I get are GE style.
