Those are older finger boards. Look at the ends, it might have a video connector, possibly a network connector. They're known as full length. I'd google the name and numbers off of them, they could be much more valuable on Ebay



You could also ask on Vintage Computer Forum, somebody there might not only tell you just what it is, but want it ; )

Good suggestion. Some older ISA cards are sought after, those look like PCI slots.
