    I actually bought 200lbs of this stuff off a guy who was doing a clean out of some company that went out of buisness a decade ago the tags on them said "need to be tested" with a tag date of 1991. So it was already broken and layered with 21 years of dust. but at 6$+ lb value it was a good buy.
