    There can be different categories for these lower grade boards. Unfortunately, it's usually not worthwhile for buyers to differentiate unless there's a lot of material involved. If a place has an all inclusive low grade price, then all of these would fall into that category. I woulds say feel free to pick off the IC chips. Just don't strip everything down to bare boards.

    The CRT socket boards aren't worth more, they're usually worth the least.

    The laptop keyboard doesn't have any board in it. There just some silver mylar in there layered among the other stuff.



    I would really recommend not spending any time at all on these types of boards. That is, unless you have nothing else to do. Throw all brown boards into a pile, sell as a lot, and move on to other things.
