    What are these things?

    Got a bunch of these on some boards I have. What are they?

    You can't see it in the photo but the green one has TKS PH 500 printed on it.

    The green one and the grey/yellow one feel like ceramic and the blue one has some sort of coating on it.

    They look like thyristors, which provide some spike protection at the ac input of tvs and monitors. I don't believe there is any value there.

    they look like epoxy coated capacitors. Allied electornics is calling them thermistors
