    The lil grey box in the second pic (center, bottom) is an adjustable solder station. Just needs the solder iron that plugs into the side of it. I used to use one of those when I was doing my radio repair work. They are a reliable unit for being a cheaper one. Mine ran 11 hours daily 6 days a week for a few years with no hiccups, just a tip replacement or two. My spare I sold on Ebay for around 25 bucks,,,
