That's a pretty standard high grade motherboard.
The CPU is most likely a purple ceramic, a good CPU is a K5 'Gold top', but most of the others are good to if its ceramic.
Most people would refer to it as 'Old school', which means that if you have the whole computer and its parts, often its better to sell it on
eBay etc. Check if it runs, what else is in it etc.
The most obvious 'outside the case' thing to look for is the lack of USB ports. And the case is normally yellowing white plastic.
If its got a 'clicky keyboard' or even one without a numbers pad on the right hand side, its worth more too. Check the harddrive for its size.
There's older boards, with the '9 Pin DIN' plugs for the keyboard too.
