Big Score! Need Some Help With Identification.

Thought I was just picking up a couple of printers but ended up with a truck load full of computer parts and boxes of ribbon cables, routers, etc.









I still have to sort through this stuff but as I said in my introduction I do math for a living and am still new to e-scrap. Most of this stuff is from the 80's. I surely will need some help with identification. Will post pics with questions later. Thanks for all the information everyone! You guys are so helpful!

i see comps from 1993 stacked against the wall least most of that is seriously outdated.

Well I can tell you the 4 apples stacked in the back against the wall should sell above scrap value on ebay.

I'll get some more pics up soon. I'm in the middle of preparing my last heavy-scrap metal run before concentrating solely on e-waste. Here is a quick basic inventory. I plan on creating a specific inventory before beginning to sell or scrap.

I do have a question about one specific item. He mentioned that I should sell the interface card for Allen-Bradley Networks new in a box. He said the used to sell for $1200, but it has a date from 2001 on it. Here is the info on the box.

OH NICE! A mac G3, Killer! I just broke down a G5 last night. The power supply looks like a safety deposit box.

another thing im working on is using crt monitor cases and sealing the bottoms and painting them with some artsy stuff and sell them as new age litter boxes at 10$ a pop. i got a few sold this week i was stoked.

As PTS said, the monitors against the wall will go on ebay. The Apple computer in the front of the picture and the one under the keyboard and tower will go on ebay as well. If you find any old "clicky" keyboards, they will always sell.

Pretty much anything vintage Apple is ebay fodder. Even their old printers go well. I'm selling one right now on there and already someone has bid on it and I just listed it last night.

All the stuff you just listed above I would look each one up on ebay under Completed Listings to get an idea of the going rates of things. It can be a pain for some people but I do so many listings it's really no big deal to list it. If things sell for less than scrap value, obviously scrap it to come out on top.



Is that a projector all the way on the left? The white and black thing? If it is, ebay! I've sold tons of those even when they don't work or the bulbs are blown.
