    Atomic Energy Commission Lead Shield

    So, I went and listed the lead shield on ebay. We'll see how it goes.

    I'd estimate scrap value of this thing to be about $200 if the lead is sold to reloaders.

    So what The hell was that used for ? Transporting atomic cores ? What's the chance of it being hot ?

    It was actually used to keep cosmic radiation out for experiments. I guess you could use it to keep it in as well.
