My dumb ebay move

I ship about 5 things courier everyday. If you don't use the label, if it doesn't get scanned, it shouldn't even show up on your invoice. To be safe just call USPS, tell them it never shipped and you want to cancel the tracking number.

if you go tot the email that ebay sent you for creating the label. there is a URL you can click to cancel the postage. it does take a few weeks.

With USPS there is No auto refund for not using the label
You have to VOID the label for a refund
Reason it takes a month for the refund is to be sure you have not used the label

That is incorrect
With USPS you are charged as soon as you create the label
As Part Time Scrapper pointed out there will be a link in the eMail to void the label
You have 120 hours / 5 days to the minute

Once you VOID the label, it takes about a month to get the refund because USPS wants to be sure you don't use the label

NOW with UPS and FedEx >> They don't charge until the label is used >> so there would be nothing to Cancel / VOID
