Does anyone know how to print ebay shipping labels without someone buying an item from your ebay store?

Ebay labels are handled through paypal so my guess would be to attempt to print a label from there.

I've printed a fair amount of PayPal labels that way. They've worked well for me!

Easiest way I remember is you want to >> ShipNow
Add that onto the end of the PayPal log in
Paypal.com/shipnow
Or if you are a TRS and want to get the additional discount
Go to your sold page and get the oldest item >> Bottom of the page >> That the person has already left you Feed Back
Use the print another label link
Edit the ship to information
OR
