this subject has been discussed several times on the forum. (see archives). <<

there have been several attempts to discuss this subject. using the archives can be frustrating considering the number of posts that are removed.

it will be difficult to get anyone to simply post all of their knowledge, and more importantly, their contacts.

it will be impossible on this forum until such time as an open honest exchange is allowed.

it would be interesting to see how much of an exchange of information would be possible on a open thread. perhaps we should ask the admin to create one.

wonder how long it will take this post to disappear.

I am new to this forum, but I do have a question about making the most profit. Does anyone know the pricing margin that a refiner will pay for motherboards, cell phone boards, ect. compared to that of a recycling company?

You are correct here, Rbrooks; I used to be in retail, and I owned my business. It took me quite a while to build up my good contacts, and if someone would ask me my business, I would simply tell them it's none of your business! You want people to give up all their secrets and contacts they have worked hard at and invested tons of money on just so you can "try" and go behind their back. Good luck with that! If you invest the hundreds of thousands of dollars it takes then you "might" be entitled to some info, but till then,,,,,
