how do I tell if a toner has been refilled or manufactured? Many buyers don't buy them. Need some pics.
Thanks

A lot of the places that refill them like Cartridge World replace the manufacture sticker with one of their own. If you take the toner cartridges out of an HP printer and its an HP cartridge you can be pretty sure its not a refill. Just look at the brands of the cartridges and if its some weird offbrand it could be a refill.
Yes Craasher is right if it's a refill the company that refilled it will put thiere lable on it, the same with ink cartrides.
They will have drilled a hole in it to fill it. Look for a plug or a seal of some sort at the top of the cartridge.
