I hope to get there ASAP. I just stumbled ino this and am really enjoying it. I am getting a building, DEP Permit, R2, and really going after it. I see it as a very lucrative business. AND I am just absolutely disgusted of dealing with anyone who wants me to do any remodeling work for them. I am liquidating a few assets and it's off to follow a new path.
