these u4 and u5 are back breakers, no hinges and doors. the modules are all plug ins but the boards are all inside the main body. the top is rivited on with 24 rivites, it takes a hammer and chisel. once all the rivits are cut down the sides it takes about 5 or 6 good wacks with a heavy hammer to get the top of just to get to all the screws. each module has its own case with the boards underneath.

Would it be quicker to hit the rivets with a grinder?

I may get some photos of the boards but I have them all sorted in boxes right now, if I get some extra energy I may lay them all out again

run a come along or wench to the front frame of the truck, put a roller on a pipe stand it up in the bed of the truck run the cable over the pulley to the top of the server, and wench away . be nice if one one was helping at the server end. its called an 'oklahoma' crane. be carefull it is a little dangerous if the cable comes off the roller or the tin on the server tears. it is one of the reasions oil field trucks most always have a roller tail gate.

So what's a good number to pay on one of these? I've got a line on an old HP unit, pulled the specs, weighs 131 pounds per specs. Came with 1-4 Pentium Pros

Guy wants 75, I'm thinking 50 or less

a good drill bit might work well too, specially if they're aluminum, SS might be a bit different
