Simple.
1 - First, use a truck jack to lift one end of the server (surely there's something protruding you can use to get a grip with the jack and lift it)
2 - Slide a pallet jack under the server.
3 - Use ratchet straps to secure the server to the pallet jack. If needed also use ratchet straps to pull the server all the way back onto the pallet jack if it's not seated comfortably, THEN use the straps to secure it.
4 - Wheel the server to your trailer.
5 - Set up ramps on your trailer
6 - Use a winch, come-along, or more ratchet straps to pull the pallet jack up your ramps and onto your trailer.
7 - Done.

Getting it was actually really easy. It rolled well and only problem we had was getting it out of the elevator. Having the drop down trailer was a life saver and a investment im willing to make to get one. Scrapyaherd has the photos of it. could definitely tell we had some serious weight today.
Server came out to 2300 lbs
laptops- 678 lbs
power supplies-133
Born to think, destine to succeed.
Another job done by Dune and Scrapyaherd! The right equipment makes the job hella easy. I'd highly recommend the drop trailer, that thing is all sorts of bad a$$. Except for using the pallet jack for 2 seconds to jack the front lip up to get it out of the elevator we literally rolled the server out of the building and onto the trailer.
Good job, did you gring it right to the buyer or did you bring it to the house?
