    6 dell computers

6 dell optiplex gx620 computers, 3 have 3.0 pentium processors, 3 have 3.0,3.6,3.8 ht processors, all 6 have 2gb ram and 40gb sata hd, hds have been wiped clean, all 6 boot up into setup, no accessories. Whould these be worth 34.00 total? I'm thinking they might be worth more than scrap.

$34?? Absolutely! You could sell each one for more than that, as is

Thanks for the post, these are on an auction and I would normaly only pay 5.00 but all these are in working order. I'm thinking now to go to 40.00 or 45.00 after reading all your post.

What would you pay for these, the bid is up to 52.00. Also have a 28.00 bid on 10 dell laptops, these would be for scrap, no hds, one broken screen, one has missing keys on the keyboard. Thanks for your help.

Honestly unless the proc's are duo you really just buy scrap units. few more months and Pentium 4 procs wont even be added to resale units anymore. Then again people do need 20 dollar desktops to watch tv.

With an Operating System and 'refurbished' sticker your looking at 75-120 a box. People like the Dells for businesses and they might still have a warranty. you can take the service code and plug it into dell's warranty site to find out.

wait! you said buy it now for 34$ total, I withdraw my comment. Now you're mentioning it's on an auction who's price will steadily rise until the very last split friggin second. get real, you'll have to follow your own instincts there

I did not say "buy it now" I asked if these 6 computers are worth 34.00 for all of them because I had a 30.00 dallor bid and was willing to go to 34.00 or maybe higher. I'm sorry if I mislead you, I should have made myself more clear.

    Hey Happy,

doing simple math there: if they are working machines, even though they don't have dual core processors, you could sell them easily at least, at least I'm saying, for $50 each (6 x 50 = $300). So, anyway you can make still a good deal with them.
At the end of everything, if you sell them as scrap, you can get $12-18/each (total $72-108).

    Good luck!

yeah, that's how I took it, you said $34 total, I thought that was your buy it offered price, but auction wasn't mentioned. In an auction the total price will remain totally unknown until it closes, and that total can change drastically at any time, as long as the auction is still active

Sorry Bear I should have worded my thread diffrantly. They are at 78.00 now, I think I'll wait till the action about to close and see how high they are. they also have 10 laptops that are in same condition. hds are wiped and they boot up to setup, I think they are dells but not sure right now.they are at 34.00 now.
