So even though you delivered to the facility and they have possession of it they are not going to honor the prices that were in place when you delivered?
---Not for certain but wording of the email could be taken that way. Im waiting for the higher ups to get to work, different time zones. I have spoken to everyone at the facility and are fully aware of the situation.
Or do they send material after you delivered to them to the other facility and when it gets there that's when they considered it delivered.?
---This was the answer i was going with at the time to justify a 2-3 week payment period. Also prices have dropped before on my shipments (kinda hard waiting for 2-3weeks without that happening) and the receipts from them match what i should have been paid but weights on the ticket are changed around to make up for it.
Sounds a little screwy if that's what they do. If they take possession of it then I would think that they have to honor the prices when you brought it in.
