Anyone know of a buyer for working switches

Came into 42 Nortel Baystack switches. They are 450-T24. They are all in working condition. I am trying to re-sell but I am having a problem dealing with companies who buy used equiptment since most only will buy from commercial businesses. Does anyone know of someone who will buy from the general public? I can list on ebay but would prefer to sell them all in one shot and not have to deal with the fees.

Have had them up there for a few days already. Got them for free and will be getting more so if I had to tear them down I will, but I figured to try to get more out of them than scrap $$$.

Please be aware that sometimes CL takes awhile to sink in (to the internet search engines). They don't like blatant keyword spamming (such as listing a toyota, but including a long list of attention gitters like ford lincoln mercury chevy dodge plymouth crysler) But as well as phone folks like the nortel, you might try something like new york, new england, new south wales etc, and let it set awhile, not only giving search engines time to catalog it, but people from other places time to find it as well

Thanks Bear will try to sit on them for a bit. My problem is space to store them. Between the switches, the computers i got today and some phone systems that i have the garage is getting tight.

maybe look to find the most probable wanted parts to keep, and scrap the shells etc which take up most the space?

Still waiting for a couple of responses from a few places that I sent emails to. They all work so I would rather sell them whole and besides the only thing inside them are the boards and I have the power cords for them too.

I will check back here in the morning to see if our buyers might have some interest or see if they have anyone that they could recommend I reach out to.

I would suggest starting a business. Then you are a commercial business and other commercial business will deal with you as a commercial business. I think a lot of business just want you to have skin in the game. Just my 2 "copper removed" cents.
There may a million better places to live than Iowa, but none of them are home!

    Brasscatcher,

If you are going to scrap them, make sure you take out any Gig cards (they would be on the front left). Those don't take too much room and may still be sold on Craigslist if you run out of room in your garage.
