I pulled into the local hardware store just as someone was rolling in there complete tower computer to drop off.
A little to late to ask I could have it or offer them a few $$ for it.
So does the local hardware store get paid of them? Has anyone talked to them about taking ot buying them?

never heard such a thing before. Why don't you ask at the hardware store? I have been pricing some of the items I've recently been scrapping, and the prices they're asking are a wHOLE lot better than what I've been getting! ; )
