question on packing boxes on pallet

    Talking question on packing boxes on pallet

    Got a bunch of boxes of escrap I want to ship by pallet. I do not have any shrink wrap to secure boxes to pallet. Any suggestions? Have no access to a gaylord.

    Any uhaul sells shrink wrap, home depot I imagine or even lowes would do.

    Wouldn't be that much, compared to what you make in the long run.

    harbor freight carries it in stock also for like 20 bucks for a giant roll.

    Easiest and best way is shrinkwrap and the chain hardware stores should carry it.

    Home depot has two different sizes of shrink wrap. One costs $9.49 and another is $16.76. The cheapest one would work and be well worth it even if you ended up using it once. You don't want your boxes getting separated during shipment.

    Hi,
    Stretch wraps could be the best option. But other than that if the items to be packed are fragile, then you can go for air bubble wraps.

    You could use a couple rolls of packing tape; but, you would would be better off getting stretch wrap.

    i think the only viable alternative to stretch wrap would be straps(plastic or metal)

    i think the only viable alternative to stretch wrap would be straps(plastic or metal), and if you're packing this in numerous unmarked boxes, and shipping with a LTL carrier, both would be recommended
