Then I'd target small computer sales & service shops, telecom businesses, colleges/training facilities and utilities.

Join your local Chamber of Commerce and then obtain a complete mailing list of the members. You can probably get a list from area chambers to.
If it wasn't for the $ in $crap, it would just be.....
