List accurate, treat all your buyers the way you would like to be treated and be as truthful as you can and you can avoid many of these issues. I have been burned, but just like any other business, you just write it off as cost of doing business.
And my last dispute.... a $100 blackberry... was ruled in my favor. They said they didn't order it and didn't receive it. I was able to provide tracking and get my funds back... it did take a while... that sucked.
