you'll have a hard time trying to teach somebody how to recognize all those parts, and sort accordingly(especially the more valuable of them, which they might become "attached" to). I suggest parking a trailer outside to have them toss the bare metal cases into, and reserving another spot(maybe a gaylord or two) for the boards(which you'll sort yourself), and another stack for power supplies, cd/dvd, hard drives, etc. Possibly a retired lady or gentleman would be your best option

Like I told Olddude one time, maybe you could hang up a small flyer "help wanted" at the checkout window of your local yard. They would already be a scrapper to be there, and if you word it right then maybe they would already have ewaste experience. Just don't give too much away in the flyer. Juat a general description and a phone #, if their interested then they'll call.

that's a nice stack, what about something more creative with the picture?
like stack 'em and make an SMF logo?
was thinking that would make a good competition, take a photo of stuff you scrap and stack 'em to make the SMF logo.
then submit the photo into a competition thread, end of year they announce the winners like, the money shot, most creative,
biggest logo, most valuable ect ect.
