    I found this about the Kennedy 5380 drive. There is a little bit of information on it in appendix D on the following pdf file.
    Looks like this drive might have come from a Digital system. The reference manual is from 1983 so your really big drive is pretty old.

    Oh and I found an old usenet post from 1981 that says your drive is an 80 MB drive.
