    Ceramic cpu

Over the last year I have been lucky and have pulled maybe 30 ceramics. The second computer I ever stripped had a 486. It is always a rush when I find them and pull them out. I also have bought some from individuals and have sold a few pounds of them. When it is time to sell them it kills me to put them In the box. Strange but I seem to get an emotional attachment to them.

I just bought a lot of 12 pounds of pinned ceramic cpus for $270 at auction. They will resell at current prices at $500. It will be a nice payday. I also love buying mixed lots of cpus, find alot of ceramic in them. Alot of people think the thin ceramics cpus are fiber so i find a ton of them.

    AMD Athlon microprocessor family

If you look thru these pics you will see how the amd ceramic cpu is a very similar design to there fiber cpu. I think that is why they get overlooked.
