    Depending on the console they can do fairly well on ebay.

    The game carts I love, I have a gamebit, open them up clean the contacts, test them and away they go. We love gaming here so this isn't much work for us, YMMV.

    Xbox 360's sell for parts, check for stupid stuff though if you get one that doesn't power up. Frequent issue is a bad USB port with the pins touching each other and shorting out from the kids jamming the controllers in them the wrong way, bend the pins so they aren't touching tape over the port. (I have one of those freebies in the living room that will be seeing a round of black ops 2 later).
