    It depends on your landfills rules, electronic scrap is not classified as hazardous waste to my landfill. And yes i do throw them in a trash can (its not money if you cant sell it).



    We have no buyers in kc for low grade so i strip off all the copper and aluminum off, and mix a small amount of it into my shred loads when i haul shred. But i have so much low grade that most of it gets thrown away. I store as much as i can hoping for a buyer to start up in this area in the future, but i can only store so much.
