no, it depends on the buyer rules. Just because you see gold on the board does not mean you will get motherboard price, alot of so called high grade boards ive seen dont even meet the criteria to be sold as chinese motherboards due to so little gold so there worth less than $2 per pound.
What high grade boards from tvs are you talking about? If you post picture we can grade it.
