Happyscraper, I am a buyer for ARCOA. There were some known issues at the Orlando terminal that were causing delays in payment, but those issues have been addressed to the best of my knowledge. I just helped out another member of the forum in getting his payment issues resolved from when they still existed, and I'll do the same for anyone that can document the fact that they dropped off material at our Orlando location and have not been paid:

FWIW, it's a whole lot easier to prevent problems in the first place than it is to resolve them after they occur. Any vendor will take their material to the place they get the best deal, and no one can blame them for that. We don't always pay the highest prices, but no vendor that sells material to me is going to wait two months for payment if they help me out by thoroughly documenting their drop off. I know the right cages to rattle.
