    just a little bit like $80 a pound for that grade of pins, i would use the technique i use for floppy drive connectors: put it on a hard surface put some thick fabric over it them proceed to beat it to bits, you will still have to do some hand processing /sorting but saves alot of time, also you can put it in the freezer to make the plastic more brittle and the method more effective
