    USB connectors and wires

    Any gold in the USB connectors? anything special about the USB wires?

    yes, usb is always gold to gold. The cable is usually insulated and jacketed so your probably looking at #3 insulated, that would be my guess. maybe $2 pound on the connectors and 30 cents pound on the wire.

    Yes USB ends can be sold as old connector ends. Nothing special on the wire that I know of.

    I cut all connectors off of cabling, including ide, scsi, and printer cable. I put them all in a bucket and oh.. PS2 yip and the stata connectors.

    Snip it and bucket it.
